  Since this office rebuild bigger, the service is worst. I have appt @11:20am, came to the office at 11:15am, another patient w/ 11:30am appt already signed in. That means not need appt, first come first serve as walk in. Staff not follow the appt schedule. Also appt need to make at leat 30 mins apart, not 10'. I waited until to see the doctor is an hour and half, really suck and stupid. Not done yet. I went to Procare pharmacy with my prescription, staff asking me about insurance, nothing changed so I not bring the ins card w/ me. Staff said, ins not take it, request me to go back to doctor office to get the copy. I went back and handed the new ins verification, but i guess staff not know how to read the form, she ask for ID which show in the paper and just told me "can't do it w/o card". I'm so mad and took back the prescription.
  This is my last time to come here, very suck and stupid, staff just learn to say "sorry". Nothing to sorry, just need to improve.
