  Had a app coupon for $2 off a medium shake. Wanted a large AND was willing to be the difference. The owner wouldn't do it!!?? Said the "system" wouldn't accept it. So I said make me a large, charge me a medium and I will pay the dollar difference in cash. The owner STILL wouldn't do it !! I said because you're not willing to make the customer happy, you would rather lose business? And I walked out. Clueless!
