  I've seen this before - let's put a chain Starbucks inside of a hotel. It's a great idea and good business plan. I'm not sure if the hotel owns the chain or if Starbucks pays a lease but here is my assessment. Their coffee is good and their product is solid. The problem here is that they are located right near a convention center. I've been here for 5 days already and observed that they are unable to handle large crowds. Mornings are filled with long and unnecessary lines. Let's not talk about people's addictive natures - let's talk about developing systems to avoid these lines.
  
  Tip for the manager...
  Any time there is an event in Anaheim - that would be everyday - hire an additional cashier and an additional baristas. I see openings back there that need to be filled. Come on guys - get this tow work. Put some systems in place to get rid of these long lines.
