  Dirty. Many code violations. You can not go outside your room without the police stopping and harrassing you. Lots of illegal activity. The owner is very hostal. Maintenance and the maids go in the rooms and steals your things. I caught them in my room taking things.. It is filthy and full of roaches. DO NOT GO HERE
