  Horrible service, horrible service, horrible service.
  
  It surprises how the employees believe they are above the customers. When asking questions about what cars were available, we were told that if we "...haven't driven the car we shouldn't talk as if we know what car is better...."
  
  Even when we were returning the vehicle, w r were made to wait 20 min just to talk to an employee...
