  The employees here like to think they're better than everyone. I don't understand how hard it is to do your job and not act like the people you're helping are less than you.
  
  Several times I've been scolded by the pharmacist for not doing something exactly to procedure.
  
  I don't work here, how the eff am I suppose to know their procedure?!
